It is two giant cookies with a marble cake in the middle, all glued together with chocolate and buttercream icing. Jesse loved it.
Such a happy birthday boy.
It was relatively easy to make, although I only had one cake pan, so everything had to be done separately. The most difficult part was cutting it, because the hardness of the two cookie layers with the soft cake in the middle made it lose its structure a bit with the knife. Delicious nonetheless and exactly what he asked for: "I want two giant cookies with something in between..."
Done and done.
