a story about the things listed a while back, so here goes... From bottom to top...
I love my new element hoodie, with it's soft fluffyness and the zip pocket and best of all, the thumb holes. Everyone needs thumbholes in their sweatshirts, they are very comforting. Statics is shaping up to be one of my favorite classes, yay for Julius' recommendation being right on target. The professor is awesome- his voice sounds exactly like the guy from unsolved mysteries, but he's a short, funny Chinese man. I love it- it's so refreshing doing 'real' problems instead of all the reading I generally do for my bio classes. The GRE went ok- apparently I was above the average of those students that get into vet school, so I may yet have a chance of getting in. For those of you who know anything about it, I scored a 570 on the Verbal and a 720 on the math. Guster concert was AWESOME! But would have been even more fun if I had someone there with me. I got an official laundry bag though, which I thought was cool. It reminded me a lot of the last time we went and you let me stand on your feet so I could see better. Hehe. Not much to say about the gmail account- I'm happy to have it, but no one ever writes me, so I am using about 3MB of the space currently. Dan is stupid- he didn't go to work on Sunday when he said that he needed the money and he blew me off. I am done with Dan. He's a poo. When we went out the other night, Gary was seriously considering cheating on Amanda with Kristen, which is super bad. Given he was very drunk, but it was VERY VERY good that we didn't run into her at the Sundance or Old C's. Gary called random people on my cell contact list- like friends from childhood and Dan... Oops. I made an ass of myself in front of hot TA from last semester. I ran into him in the bar and was already very very drunk, so I told him that he was an awesome TA and that a lot of the girls in our class had a crush on him- and then I told him he was cute. Then I stupidly walked away. Gary pointed out this error as soon as I got back to our table- because the boy was interested. Why? 1) I spilled a little of my drink on his shirt and he didn't say a WORD. 2) He was asking me questions and answering me animatedly- which according to Gary, is a main sign that a boy wants you to stick around. Oh well, hopefully I'll run into TA Steve drunk again. The people in the labs, students and labops combined, have been driving me nuts- students because they don't use their common sense and labops because they don't do their jobs. Grr. Labs are busy, and I'm always running around trying to make sure things are stocked and running smoothly, which leads me into lack of time. I am home less than ever and I think Jordan isn't very happy, but I took him for an uberlong walk tonight, so maybe he'll be happier. Dan is still stupid, still pissing me off. Busy = 6 classes + 30 hours of work + 6 hours of volunteering. Yay me. Brian was acting weird when we went out the other night- he was 'with' Amy, but when we went to get drinks, he asked me what I thought of her. At my response of 'well, she's kinda ditzy', he said 'well, she isn't my girlfriend, we're just dating.' And gave me a very significant look. But I haven't seen him since, so who knows? Dan didn't go to the Guster concert with me, even though he promised to call me back. Stupid Dan. (this is becoming my motto).
And onto list 2:
I have discovered bikini underwear- how come no one told me that they make you feel sexy and feminine and hide very well under your lowrise jeans? Sheesh. I've lived in the dark for 21 years. I don't remember why I'm sad, probably something involving Dan and his stupidness or me being lonely. Yay for Guster! I won free tickets to a show at the Mish last weekend, but didn't end up going. I like the band though, very Howie Day-ish. http://www.jasonvigil.com
They gave me a free cd too. Boy in statics class is trying very hard, which is cute, but kinda strange. He ran to catch up to me after class on Wednesday so he could talk to me. Hmm... Not sure how I feel, he's not really my type. At all. And I think we're all caught up now. Yay!
